Katyayani Boost is a potent insecticide formulated with 25% Propiconazole in an emulsifiable concentrate (EC) form. It effectively controls a wide range of fungal diseases through systemic action by disrupting the fungal cell membrane, leading to the leakage of cellular contents and the eventual death of the fungus. This insecticide is suitable for agricultural use, targeting diseases such as rust, blight, and leaf spots in various crops like wheat, paddy, groundnut, and more.
Target Diseases:
Katyayani Boost is effective against fungal diseases such as Karnal bunt, rust (leaf, brown, stem, and stripe), sheath blight, and leaf spots (early, late, and alternaria).
Target Crops:
It can be used on crops such as wheat, paddy, groundnut, tea, soybean, cotton, and other fruits and vegetables.
Mode of Action:
Katyayani Boost is a systemic fungicide that is rapidly absorbed by the leaves or stems of the plant and is translocated upward through the xylem. It works by inhibiting ergosterol biosynthesis in the fungal cells, leading to their destruction.
Dosage:
- For Large Applications: Apply 200 ml per acre.
- For Tea: Apply 50-100 ml per acre.

- Wheat: Karnal bunt, Rust (Leaf, Stem, Stripe) - 200 ml/acre
- Paddy: Sheath blight - 200 ml/acre
